Just a reminder that our Winter Concerts are next Monday, December 12th. We have two concerts:

6:00pm Winter Concert will feature the 5th & 6th grade bands

7:30pm Winter Concert will feature the 6th, 7th & 8th grade choirs and the 7th & 8th grade bands.

We ask that people depart from the first concert as quickly and safely as possible as to create parking for the second concert attendees. And we ask that the second concert people do not arrive early as the parking will be packed! Thank you and I look forward to seeing you and having you hear your wonderful young musicians in performance!

Welcome Back!

Hey Choir Parents,

Here's some things happening in the choir department.

First, we are getting ready to record All State and All Northwest auditions. Please be asking your son/daughter when they signed up to record.

Second, our first 7th & 8th grade concert has been changed from October 20th to October 17th!
Please mark your calendars!

Third, we are fortunate to have Mrs. Lodge student teaching with us this fall. So if you see a new face in the choir room, it's Mrs. Lodge. Stop by and say, Hi!

I am having a great time working with your children. They are sounding wonderful and will be ready for a great concert come October.

Please email me if you have questions or concerns. Thanks, Mrs. McCormick

I'd also like to thank Mrs. Schoening, Mrs. Ball, Mrs. Hemstrom and Mrs. Barnes for helping sell our magnets and cookbooks.

I hope everyone has a great winter break.

Winter Concert

Hello Everyone.....
Well it's really starting to feel like winter today with all this snow!

Just wanted to let you know we have a little change to our winter concert this year. We have two concerts on Monday, December 13th. The first concert will be at 6:00pm and the second concert will begin at 7:30pm. We encourage the first concert attendees to leave as quickly as possible and we encourage the second concert attendees to arrive at the correct time and not come early. This is so we don't have a huge parking issue for the concerts. Please note that the 6th grade choir will be on the second concert, not the first.

Concert #1 - 5th & 6th Grade Bands
5:30pm Arrival Time
6:00pm Concert
6:45pm Concert Ends

Concert #2 - 6th, 7th, & 8th Grade Choirs AND 7th * 8th Grade Bands

Thank you for all your support.
Ms. McCormick, Mr. Chalmers, and Mrs. Keene

Hello Cashmere Choir Parents!

As we come to the end of November, I would just like to remind everyone that our Winter Concert is Monday, December 7th! Please check to make sure your child's concert attire fits! I know I always hate finding out the Sunday before that clothes are now too small!

Your child will also be receiving a progress report for 2nd quarter next Tuesday, November 24th. Please make sure to sign it and have your child return it to me. It is worth 10 points.

Lastly, just an FYI that our Dawg Food vol. II cookbook is here! It looks great and I know it will make a great gift as well. How can you purchase this great cookbook?

*Students may bring in money and I'll send the book home with them.
*Parents may purchase at the high school from Mrs. Henning in the Career Center.
*Cookbooks will be on sale at the Winter Concerts.

We also still have Chieftain magnets for sale - $5.00! They make great car decorations and or stocking stuffers!
